The REMOTEC Z-Wave Thermostat ZTS-500 is an intelligent, programmable thermostat controller with a blue  display which is easy to read even in dimly lit areas.

This thermostat delivers permanent day and time settings that are even maintained during power outages. It offers the option to remotely control / check your room temperature via a smart phone or PC which is associated with your Z-Wave Home controller.

For added convenience, the thermostat unit can be run using battery power or using power from your heating/cooling system, giving you the option of permanently eliminating battery changes.

This thermostat is compatible with a broad range of 24-volt heating and cooling systems, including both single-stage (cooling) and single and two-stage heating systems (non-heat pump), single-stage heat pumps, and heating-only or cooling-only systems. Uses standard thermostat connections:

The FIBARO Z-Wave RGBW Controller 2 is a one of a kind, advanced wireless 4-colour LED strip controller. Apart from the traditional RGB channels it also supports the white light channel which allows you to add pastel colours to your lighting decorations. The FIBARO Z-Wave RGBW Controller 2 also has four analogue inputs supporting any type of Fibaro sensor (e.g. light sensors, wind sensors, pressure sensors and potentiometers operating between 0-10V). This smart feature allows you to use your lighting as a warning for certain events. You could, for example, set your RGB garden lights to turn red and flicker when one of your security sensors is triggered, alerting your neighbours to the intruder and allowing them to notify the proper authorities. This device has four output channels which means that you can connect and independently control up to four light sources. The FIBARO Z-Wave RGBW Controller 2 also allows you to monitor the energy consumed by the LED strips. Each of the four channels can be monitored independently providing you with all the information you need to minimise your energy bills. The FIBARO Z-Wave RGBW Controller 2 can control:

Configuring Z-Wave Devices:

Z-Wave devices often have several configurable parameters which you can change using your Vera’s user interface. These parameters can include things such as the length of time a Z-Wave siren remains active for or the type of manual switch connected to a Z-Wave light controller. Every available configurable parameter is listed in your device’s user manual. In most cases your device’s default parameters will be suitable to your needs however sometimes it may be necessary to adjust them to optimally use your device. A guide to configuring Z-Wave devices with Vera UI7 is available in the Manuals section. Please check the maximum load before installing or operating. This device must be installed by a certified electrician. For all warranty claims, an electrical compliance certificate from your electrician must be provided.

For the most convenient use of your motorized window system, the FAKRO Z-Wave Chain Winder allows for remote accessibility anywhere around the home. Featuring an intuitive button prompt command process, this Z-Wave Chain Winder can easily be included in any existing Z-Wave system.

From skylights, awnings, tilted fixtures to bottom-hung/top-hung windows, the Chain Winder can be installed into many common window fittings. For the best results and consideration for your safety, always rely on a qualified electrician to install the Z-Wave Chain Winder device for you. The Chain Winder interacts with other Z-Wave products through a two-way radio communication system, which allows for uninterrupted operation on a consistent basis. The catch holder comfortably connects to the actuator chain for a strong and durable fitting, while the programming and manual operation buttons allow for easy inclusion with other Z-Wave devices.

Installation

  • Place the Swipe onto its holder.
  • Place the Swipe within the direct range of your Z-Wave controller.
  • Plug the power source into the micro-USB port if required.
  • Set the main controller in (security/non-security) add mode (see the controller’s manual).
  • Move and hold your hand close to the center of the pad.
  • If the device is battery powered, high pitched beep will signal exiting the Standby Mode.
  • Loud sound sequence will confirm entering the menu, keep holding your hand.
  • After hearing two short beeps (green indicator colour), withdraw the hand and perform swiping up gesture to confirm selection (two beeps will confirm validity).
  • Wait for the adding process to end.
  • Successful adding will be confirmed by the Z-Wave controller’s message and 3 short beeps (green visual indicator colour).

Product Details

The FIBARO Button is a compact, battery-powered Z-Wave Plus device which allows you to manually activate and deactivate devices within your Z-Wave network and to activate scenes defined in your Z-Wave gateway. The FIBARO Button supports up to 6 different actions/scenes which are triggered with one to five clicks or by holding the button down. In panic mode, each press of the button results in triggering of the emergency scene. Designed to be small and light, the FIBARO Button can be conveniently mounted on any surface and in any location (eg. beside the bed or under the desk) Note: This device may be used with all devices certified with the Z-Wave Plus certificate and should be compatible with such devices produced by other manufacturers.
