Description

The DOME Z-Wave Water Sensor is a Z-Wave Plus (500 series) compatible water sensor with a remote sensor probe for tight spaces. Simply place the device in a leak prone area and receive a notification from your Z-Wave network when a leak is detected allowing you to respond and prevent large scale water damage.

Know when the sump pump fills up, BEFORE it overflows. Dangle the remote sensor probe in the tank to receive a notification and hear an alarm if the water level rises higher than it should.

Use this device alongside a DOME Wireless Water Valve to automatically close your water valve when a leak is detected to greatly decrease the extent of water damage. Sleep easy knowing that your home is safe from water damage even when you are on vacation.

Product Details

The Fibaro Roller Shutter 3 (FGR-223) is an advanced Z-Wave controller for automated roller blinds, awnings, venetian blinds, garage doors and gates. The module can control devices that are powered by an AC electric motor with a "three wire" interface. The Roller Shutter module features automatic calibration so that you can precisely position the blind. It also includes a power metering feature to help you measure power consumption. The Fibaro Roller Shutter 2 has five modes that enable it to perfectly control any electric garage door, gate, roller blind, awning or Venetian blind. This allows for the correct configuration and operation of a device through a special interface icon (via the Fibaro HC2).

Configuring Z-Wave Devices:

Z-Wave devices often have several configurable parameters which you can change using your Vera’s user interface. These parameters can include things such as the length of time a Z-Wave siren remains active for or the type of manual switch connected to a Z-Wave light controller. Every available configurable parameter is listed in your device’s user manual. In most cases your device’s default parameters will be suitable to your needs however sometimes it may be necessary to adjust them to optimally use your device. A guide to configuring Z-Wave devices with Vera UI7 is available in the Manuals section. This product must be installed by a qualified electrician. Before engaging an electrician, check that they provide a warranty and electrical compliance certificate. For a warranty claim, you have to provide an installation compliance certificate from your electrician.

Providing a central unit for monitoring changing weather conditions, the FAKRO Z-Wave ZWMP Weather Module takes full advantage of the Z-Wave™ system to allow for seamless inclusion into the home environment. Including the ZWMP Weather Module into the Z-Wave system is simply using your Z-Wave Controller, in order for the device to be recognized. From there, each individual shutter/window or skylight installation can be programmed to interact with the ZWMP Weather Module, which will allow it to respond to changing weather conditions. The ZWMP Weather Module contains three digital inputs, which allows various external devices to be plugged in (ie. Rain and wind sensors, time switch, thermostat etc).
