The zConnect garage door opener is designed for residential and light commercial usage, primarily for integration with Z-Wave home automation systems such as VeraEdge/VeraPlus/VeraSecure, Fibaro HC2/Lite or similar.

The zConnect garage door opener pairs with your existing automatic garage door opener via wired garage motor wall opener momentary switch to provide wireless remote opening and closing control from your Z-Wave network and controller. When installed, you can open and close your garage door from anywhere. The zConnect garage door opener has a lot of build in extra functionality.

Product Description

The zConnect garage door opener is a Z-Wave controlled module and has two low voltage relay on board, two dry contact inputs, S-Bus port for external devices and sophisticated firmware to support multiple functions.

You can attach optional external devices to get audible and visual warnings to alert those nearby of the door’s impending movement, connect different binary and multilevel sensors via S-Bus port, IR beam sensor, limit switch to report its open or closed status to the Z-Wave Gateway etc. The zConnect garage door opener also works as a repeater for your Z-Wave network. If you are away from your home or property where you might want to remotely close garage, you can do it remotely from your smart phone or any internet enabled device via home automation application.

The zConnect garage door opener supports encrypted communications via the Security Command Class to prevent hacking and supports the Over the Air (OTA) feature for the product’s firmware upgrade (subject availability on your Z-Wave Gateway).

Please note: This device will work only with garage door motor which has dry contacts for the optional wall switch. Refer to your garage door motor manual. This device designed and assembled in Australia.

The Fibaro Z-Wave Double Switch 2 (FIBEFGS-223) is a smart Z-Wave controller capable of remotely operating your existing light fittings. It works with Z-Wave enabled controllers (AUS/NZ version) and can be controlled individually or as part of a group in a pre-configured Scene. The device is designed to operate inside your wall socket and can be easily installed by a qualified electrician. This Fibaro Fibaro Z-Wave Double Switch 2 requires 3-wire (including neutral) installation and works with an AC (230V) power supply. The Fibaro Z-Wave Double Switch 2 also features a secondary switch input which allows it to directly control other associated Z-Wave devices. This means that by turning the switch ON/OFF you can also turn other associated devices ON/OFF even if they are not physically connected to the same Fibaro module. It also enables you to control the local load as part of 2-way and multi-way lighting circuits. This product integrates with Australian certified (921.42 MHz) Z-Wave Controllers - Fibaro Home Center 2/Lite Note: It doesn't integrate with Vera gateways at this stage.

Configuring Z-Wave Devices:

Z-Wave devices often have several configurable parameters which you can change using Fibaro’s user interface. These parameters can include things such as the length of time a Z-Wave siren remains active or the type of manual switch connected to a Z-Wave light controller. Every available configurable parameter is listed in your device’s user manual. In most cases, your device’s default parameters will be suitable to your needs however sometimes it may be necessary to adjust them to optimally use your device. Please check the maximum load before installing or operating. This installation must be done by a certified electrician in Australia and New Zealand. Before engaging an electrician, check that they provide an electrical compliance certificate. For a warranty claim, you have to provide an installation compliance certificate from your electrician.

The FIBARO Z-Wave RGBW Controller 2 is a one of a kind, advanced wireless 4-colour LED strip controller. Apart from the traditional RGB channels it also supports the white light channel which allows you to add pastel colours to your lighting decorations. The FIBARO Z-Wave RGBW Controller 2 also has four analogue inputs supporting any type of Fibaro sensor (e.g. light sensors, wind sensors, pressure sensors and potentiometers operating between 0-10V). This smart feature allows you to use your lighting as a warning for certain events. You could, for example, set your RGB garden lights to turn red and flicker when one of your security sensors is triggered, alerting your neighbours to the intruder and allowing them to notify the proper authorities. This device has four output channels which means that you can connect and independently control up to four light sources. The FIBARO Z-Wave RGBW Controller 2 also allows you to monitor the energy consumed by the LED strips.
