The Shelly Wave 1 Mini AU is a compact and secure Z-Wave smart switch compatible with all certified Z-Wave gateways, operating on the Australian 919.8MHz frequency band. Its remarkably small form factor makes it a perfect fit for even the smallest switch boxes and electrical enclosures where space is at a premium.

Supporting up to 8A at 240VAC, this mini switch handles most residential lighting and small appliance loads. The dry contact potential-free output enables flexible connections to various load types and voltage systems, including contactor control for larger loads. Extremely low power consumption of less than 0.3W ensures minimal energy usage in standby mode.

SmartStart technology provides automatic setup and network inclusion for simplified installation. Security 2 Authenticated encryption delivers the highest level of Z-Wave security. Over-the-air firmware updates keep the device current with improvements and security patches. Fast and simple installation fits most electrical boxes and switches. The device works with Z-Wave certified gateways and over 4000 Z-Wave devices for extensive ecosystem compatibility. A gateway or smart hub is required for device configuration and is not included with this product.
