The Shelly Dimmer Gen4 is a smart dimming controller featuring the new Shelly chip and multiprotocol connectivity support. Choose from Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, or Zigbee to match your existing infrastructure, with Matter certification ensuring compatibility with Apple HomeKit, Google Home, Amazon Alexa, Samsung SmartThings, and Home Assistant through the unified smart home standard.

Designed to work with or without a neutral wire, this dimmer fits behind existing switches and enables full smart control without changing your visible switch hardware. When operating without neutral wire on loads under 20W, the Shelly Bypass for Dimmer is required for proper operation. Supported light types include dimmable LED lamps up to 150W, incandescent bulbs up to 200W, halogen lamps up to 200W, iron-core transformers with low-voltage incandescent lamps up to 200VA, and dimmable electronic transformers up to 200W.

Button fade rate provides fine-tuning of the light’s response speed when adjusting brightness, while transition duration controls the fade time when toggling on or off. KNXnet/IP communication enables professional building automation integration. Control through the Shelly Smart Control app or integrate via Matter with Apple HomeKit, Google Home, Amazon Alexa, Samsung SmartThings, and Home Assistant.
