The Shelly Wave i4 DC AU is a DC-powered Z-Wave 4-input controller operating on the Australian 919.8MHz frequency band. This versatile device enables manual activation and deactivation of scenes, synchronised actions, and complex automation triggers by connecting physical switches and buttons to your Z-Wave network.
Designed as an input reader device without built-in relays, the Wave i4 DC captures switch inputs and communicates commands to other Z-Wave devices throughout your network. Multi-click functionality supports up to 12 different actions from each input, transforming simple push buttons or switches into sophisticated scene controllers capable of controlling multiple aspects of your smart home.
The DC power option provides flexibility for installations where AC power is not readily available at the switch location. Extremely low power consumption of less than 0.3W minimises energy usage. SmartStart enables automatic setup and network inclusion. Security 2 Authenticated encryption ensures secure communications. Over-the-air firmware updates maintain access to the latest features. Compatible with Z-Wave certified gateways and over 4000 Z-Wave devices. A gateway or smart hub is required for device configuration and is not included with this product.
